Mongiwekhaya has worked in theatre and film, with his experience ranging from physical comedy to tragic drama and opera. He has worked with Lecoq instructor Andrew Buckland, Fortune Cookie Theatre company, Market Theater and WellWorn Theater company. He is an Artist-in-Residence at the University of Western Cape.
